(Webinar) "Inquests – focused on RPs" on Thursday 6 August 2020

Join Rebecca Brady, Chartered Legal Executive at Devonshires & Nikolas Clarke, Barrister at Field Court Chambers on Thursday 6 August 2020 from 4.30pm as they give their expert views and talk through the subject of inquests with the focus being within the Registered Housing Providers (RPs) sector.

The FREE webinar will be chaired and moderated by Helen Tucker, SHLA Committee Member and Partner at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP.

This training will provide guidance on how to deal with unexpected and unexplained deaths of tenants or service users in general needs, supported, assisted and extra care accommodation. The training will touch on what to do when you find out about an unexpected or unexplained death, the purpose of an inquest, the process and potential outcomes.

This webinar is at an introductory level aimed at those staff on the front line who may have to deal with the death of a resident, as well as those who carry out internal investigations on behalf of their organisation, and also those working for RPs in legal firms/in-house.
