New law, standards and policy give social landlords the flexibility to grant periodic or fixed term tenancies; to charge social, affordable or intermediate rents; to preface different types of tenancy with starter or trial periods. How will we utilise the new options to best meet local housing need and are we ready for the new legal complexities?

Zoe Willenbrock, Head of Policy at Circle Housing Group and

Candida Thompson, Head of RMG’s Housing Options Service for Westminster Council will join him as our panellists.
