“With the developments in the law that were enshrined in the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, and the increasingly changing demographic of the social housing tenant, social landlords face greater challenges in dealing with issues of mental health. This seminar aims to assist the housing practitioner and their lawyers in dealing with the difficult issues that may arise in terms of management, allocation and litigation". 

Megan Karnes, the CE of Hoarders UK and Peggy Etiebet from Cornerstone Barristers will be speaking at this seminar.
